Incorporating modern state-of-the-art preservation techniques, we have managed to greatly extend the shelf lives to preserve the freshness and the soft texture of our unique buns in order to cater to our local market. Remember, it is not an ordinary bread.

Do you know?
- There are 2 main types of DayPlus bread, namely with and without fillings. Those with fillings are identified by horizontal orientation of the words 天然小母.
- The paste in our redbean buns are either fine or ungrounded. Ungrounded paste still has the redbean coats in it.
- "Hokkaido cream" can only be termed as such when over a certain percentage of the milk used originates from Hokkaido itself.
